THE SAT!!!!!!!!!!!

Sheesh. And I thought having your entire future riding on a 4-digit number was bad enough. Try sitting in the same desk for 4 hours, with only 6 minutes in total breaks, watching two women you don't know smile at you while you try to guess the meanings of words so esoteric that they don't make Cut Throat. But I think I did all right on the math section: every single problem requires only the knowledge that the angles of a triangle add up to 180 degrees. I'm not kidding. Every single one.

And now, a few words about a song called "El Tiburon," or 'the shark." This song, by Proyecto Uno, is the best piece of music I have ever heard that could be called "pop," and it's not even in English. You HAVE to see Andy and Kevin Silas do the dance moves. Here's a sample of the amazing sharkness:

El Tiburon
by Proyecto Uno

Got myself some rum
Cause where I'm from sometimes you need some
Ella pasó OH NO!
No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE. No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE.
No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE. No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE.
No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE. No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE.
No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE. No pares, SIGUE, SIGUE.

I don't know what any of that means, but I don't care. VIVA EL TIBURON!

Check the blog in weeks to come - I'll post my SAT score when it comes in.
